Exchanges & Return Policy

By using this service the customer accepts and agrees our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Shipping terms and Exchanges and Returns Policy.

Refunds and Cancellations

SAL 01 reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds to all orders. Only orders that have been damaged due to shipments would be considered in a case by case basis.

SAL 01 reserves the right to cancel any order places on our Website at its sole discretion, without prior notice of liability.

Exchanges

We can exchange ready to wear items if the desired size is available in our stock. Customer will be responsible for paying exchange delivery costs. Exchange will take place within 2 weeks of the request after being submitted to us.

• For orders outside the UAE, costumers will pay shipping fee of returning the original item and shipping fee of sending the new item. Shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
• Customized items, including those with size alterations, length adjustments, or other personalized modifications, are not eligible for exchange. These items have been specifically tailored to your performances, and as such, cannot be returned or exchanged for other products.
• You can submit an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your item via (WhatsApp +971 50 180 8890). After this period has passed we cannot accept any refund or exchange requests.
